Wireless Engineer - 52990

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Wireless Engineer, to work in RTP, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to customer sites within the US to perform RF Survey (averaging 25-30% / 1-2 weeks per month)
• Analyzing data and building customer report (custom templates is good)
• Remote performing RF Predictive Designs
• Primarily supporting transactional work/SKUs: PDI (Plan, Design, Implement).

Primary Skills:

• RTLS (Real time location services) RF Design Methodology + Hybrid Design Methodology (Predictive + Real World Survey)
• Ekahau AI Pro + Sidekick (I, II 6GHz/6E) Mandatory
• Experience Cisco APs and Antennas (What models specifically?) Catalyst Wireless Hardware (IOS-XE) -> 91xx/98xx series hardware
• Strong consulting ability and willingness to learn/expand new skills.

Supplemental Skills:

• Wireless LAN Controller knowledge (9800 series / Meraki) not looking for AireOS Controller knowledge (3500/5500/8500).
• Programming and Automation Skills: Python, Splunk (data analytics), Excel automation.
• Cisco DNAC/Catalyst Center.
