Systems Analyst

Due to the increase of operations in multiple locations, we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in growing our systems team, overseeing systems administration, collaborating with development team vendors, and supporting super users. Responsibilities:

• Execute the Short-Term IT Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer and system implementations and integrations according to our short-term roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
• Facilitate development intake requests: Act as a key facilitator in the process change request process, work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and oversee the implementation of approved changes.
• Configuration of Vendor Technologies: Take the lead in configuring, implementing, and optimizing vendor technologies to align with our business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Promote and Maintain System Stability: Continuously monitor system performance and take proactive measures to promote system stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Documentation of Technical Solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and implementation processes, enabling effective knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related IT role is preferred. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, or 3PL experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of relational database architecture and experience with system setup and administration.
• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and natural curiosity are important for this role.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
