Base salary of $32K - $45K per year based on experience.
This position has the opportunity to earn additional commissions and bonuses if desired.

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and general insurance-related questions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and updates.
- Policy Reviews: Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize coverage.
- Claims Assistance: Aid clients in navigating the claims process and provide timely updates on claim status.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with agents and underwriters to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on building strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and loyalty to the agency.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- A life and Health License is a bonus
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
