In home Caregiver

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team at our Bowling Green location. This is a part-time hourly position that provides healthcare and medical assistance to individuals in their homes. The In-Home Caregiver will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients while promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and record clients' health status
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and/or on errands
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
