Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Pre-Litigation team.

Key Responsibilities

Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolution
Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals
Associates collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients
Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed
Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
