Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Operations Manager to join our team at Love, Makoto. As the leader of Love Makoto, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving our mission to redefine what it means to have the ultimate guest experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead by example, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and culinary excellence

- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff

- Oversee daily operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance

- Collaborate with the culinary team to curate a menu that reflects our unique identity and pushes the boundaries.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or innovative dining environment

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service

- Passion for food, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of culinary convention

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- ServSafe certification and/or other relevant qualifications preferred
