Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager. You will be responsible for AR/AP, preparing and examining financial statements, budget control and interfacing with auditors
Responsibilities:
- Oversee receivables and collections
- compile and review balance sheets
- compile monthly financial performance reports
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Essential
- Fundamental knowledge of AR, AP, Balance Sheets
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
