Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide ethical and cost-effective patient care within the scope of practice. The role involves assessments, care planning, therapeutic interventions, documentation, and patient education.
Salary Range: $33.87/hour - $55.31/hour (based on education and experience)
Shift Differentials: 2.50 evening, 3.00 night and 3.00 weekend.

Key Responsibilities
Assumes responsibility for the management, delivery, documentation, outcomes, and communication of patient care within the scope of practice
Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establishes a plan of care as appropriate
Provides therapeutic interventions appropriate to the age and disability of the patient
Provides timely documentation of delivery of occupational therapy services
Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff
