Corporate Receptionist - Tampa

Overview
The Corporate Receptionist provides phone coverage for the corporate office and administrative support to all departments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers switchboard, checks operator voice mail, and routes calls to appropriate person.
- Accepts and journals in packages and distributes faxes and packages to appropriate individuals.
- Schedules conference rooms in Outlook calendar.
- Special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification)
- Community college graduation (or equivalent) in appropriate field.
- Prefer associates degree.
- Three (3) years of clerical experience, including organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level.
- Experience with a switchboard system
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with PowerPoint preferred
Working Conditions
The Corporate Receptionist works in areas that are highly visible and designed and furnished to make a good impression. Most work stations are clean, well-lighted, and relatively quiet. Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
