General Laborer and Mason

Serving the Ringgold, GA, Chattanooga, TN, Cleveland, TN, Ooltewah, Signal Mountain, & Lookout Mountain areas.

All Surface Masonry Repair is a new company focused on masonry and waterproofing. We are looking for general laborers who are looking to learn and develop their skills. We have plenty of room to grow, for the right candidate. Our work is primarily residential, and we work on high end homes in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. The majority of our work, at the moment, are smaller jobs ranging from 1-5 days completion. In the future we will start tackling larger projects. For that reason, we are looking for people with a vision for the future and a passion for growth.

Candidates for this position MUST be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner when speaking with customers and working onsite. This job isn't for the faint of heart, long hours and dirty work await you. But, the rewards are immense! Requirements for Laborers:

• Full time
• Dependable.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Physically strong. You’ll be carrying heavy things and using heavy tools.
• Willingness to learn.

Requirements for Masons:

• Full-time
• Dependable.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Masons- have own tools.
• Attention to detail
• Open-minded and willing to take instruction.

Compensation:

• $16-20 for Laborer per hour, depending on responsibilities
• $22-30 for Mason per hour, depending on responsibilities
  • + Receive a Bonus for efficiency
