Maintenance and HVAC Tech Requirements:

• Weekend availability is needed

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience or in a similar role

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Will be subject to a Background/Physical

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• HVAC experience is a PLUS
