Job Description

HOURLY RATE: $13.00/hour

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABOR POSITION:
Our Midtown WKU team is looking to hire a crew of individuals to assist our Maintenance Department with our apartment turn and unit make ready process after move out and during the months of May through August.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with trashing out units.
Re-arrange and move furniture to appropriate units or to be disposed of.
Power washing building exteriors
Paint apartment units and hallways.
Assist with patching and repairing drywall.
Assist with picking up trash around the property.
Additional responsibilities may be provided to those with experience in construction/maintenance.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABOR REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to work hard, maintain a positive attitude and show up on time when scheduled!
Must be available to work full-time hours from June until August
Ability to work full-time hours plus overtime
Position is physically demanding; must be able to meet the demands of continuous walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, heavy lifting and carrying items of 50lbs or greater.
