Terrific frontline fundraising position with an international human services nonprofit. The Donor Relations Manager will oversee an annual giving portfolio by leading cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for both new and existing donors. This role will collaborate on marketing and communications initiatives that impact fundraising by creating compelling content and increasing donor engagement. Qualified candidates will have approximately 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience, along with strong storytelling skills. Bachelor's degree is required. The role operates remotely and can be based within the EST time zone. Salary range gladly provided upon request.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of fundraising for a portfolio of donors and prospects
- Identify donors with increased giving capacity
- Create content for marketing and communications projects that drive fundraising and donor engagement
- Research, identify, and collaborate on securing new grant funding sources
- Record and manage donors in Salesforce
- Travel as needed to meet with donors
Qualifications:
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Stellar relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a donor CRM
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
