About this Role:

Infinitive is seeking upcoming 2024 graduates to join our Business Analysis Competency Group. We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable.  

What You’ll Do:

Each project engagement at Infinitive represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include:

• Provide project support on enterprise transformation & technology initiatives.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint review, and retrospectives, 
• Draft test plans, requirements documents, and stakeholder presentations.
• Analyze and interpret data and present findings & recommendations to executives.
• Participate in internal training opportunities and obtain AWS certifications.
• Receive a Career Coach to assist you in developing your career path.
• Participate in our Accelerator Program and receive additional training designed for new professionals in our organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Knowledge of AWS services and how they interact. AWS certifications a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a career in management consulting.
