Job Description

CCC is seeking to employ Restorative Community Specialists(RCS) for their Restorative Justice Program(HUB) in Mercer County. The RCS will be responsible for developing and implementing program designed to help individuals re-integrate into society after incarceration. The RPS will be responsible for the intake, assessment, coordination of team process, identification, monitoring, and coordination of wraparound service and implementation of the re-integration service plan. The RPS must have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people reentering society and passionate about making a positive impact on their lives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in re-entry services or related field
Strong observation and attention to detail skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with diverse populations
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Knowledge of community resources and the ability to establish partnership with community organizations and employers

This position may require occasional evening and weekend work. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and flexible for wide range tasks from the routine and predictable to the unique and unexpectable.

Position: Full Time(40hr) & Part-Time(20hr)

Pay Rate:

Full-Time: $47,800.00
Part-Time:$23,900.00
