Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual with a great attitude who enjoys serving clients as much as we do. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an expanding organization with a fast track to management.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct accounting tasks, including scrutinizing financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and related accounts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Execute monthly closing procedures by overseeing entries in Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement accounts, as well as making necessary adjustments.
Perform account reconciliations, analytical reviews, and variance analyses, providing comprehensive supporting documentation.
Supervise and evaluate the work of junior team members, offering guidance and feedback as needed.
Support junior team members in resolving intricate accounting matters and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

3 years and more of related and extensive work experience preferably in small or mid-size firms
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is required
Excellent knowledge of financing accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook
Good understanding of small business market
