We are seeking to add a Data Entry And More to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Manic Merch is a small business in Syracuse, NY. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Manic Merch is a growing merch company with in-house screen printing, embroidery, and more. We work with exciting bands, TV shows, and brands from all over the world.

Job Duties include:

Processing and uploading wholesale and drop ship orders from our various companies.

Letting our customers know their orders have shipped and providing tracking information

Placing orders with our suppliers

Reporting sales to various clients

Helping with website management

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
- Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases with new information
- Retrieve data from various sources and input into appropriate systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and organizing documents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and database management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Photoshop experience a bonus but not required.
