Sr. Graphic Designer

We're seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our team and support our growing client accounts. Could it be you? We hope so!

As Sr. Graphic Designer, you will have mastered mastery the critical technical foundations of graphic design and can fully demonstrate further dexterity of visual communication, i.e. you can make something look amazing in more difficult situations. You will also be expected to take design ownership of the client accounts you are assigned to as lead designer.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working within client brand standards/templates to produce static, GIF, and HTML5 display ads; email graphics; web graphics; social graphics, and more
• Working in PowerPoint to improve visual design of client presentations including typography, iconography, charts/graphs, and overall brand consistency
• Developing diagrams/visuals that help communicate complex ideas
• Design layout of lots of content in brand templates (infographics, datasheets, case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.)
• Producing social media videos and other kinds of videos
• Demand gen campaign and event logos/look-and-feels, key art, concepting, etc.
• Ad campaign creative

What we’re looking for:

• BFA in graphic design or equivalent training
• 5+ years experience in a graphic design role
• Strong typography/layout skills
• Proven working knowledge of:
  • Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
  • Animation, video, and motion (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Figma
  • HTML5/Google Web Designer (or tools like Bannerify, etc.)
• Extreme attention to detail in adhering to brand rules, templates, and graphic design best practices
• Must be fast and execute quickly across both digital and print applications
• Able to solve design problems when requests fall into the “gray area” of black and white brand rules

The details

• 40 hours/week full-time position
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days in our Fort Collins office and 3 days WFH (or more in-office if you prefer)
