Job Title: Industrial Janitor - 3rd Shift

Location: Florence, KY

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday)

Training Hours: 1-2 weeks on 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Salary: $17 per hour

Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Janitor for the 3rd shift. As an Industrial Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facility's clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure cleanliness in designated areas.

2. Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash from various areas throughout the facility.

3. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure a hygienic environment.

4. Floor Care: Operate floor cleaning equipment to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors.

5. Training Period: Attend a 1-2 week training on the 1st shift to familiarize yourself with job responsibilities and safety protocols.

6. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

7. Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other janitorial staff to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.

2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

3. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

6. Flexibility to adjust to a changing work schedule during the training period.

7. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
