What You Will Do:

• Lead the charge in full-cycle recruitment, from crafting job postings to welcoming new team members.
• Be the architect of onboarding experiences that integrate new hires into our storied firm.
• Proficiency in Benefits & Leave Administration: Armed with hands-on experience in managing employee benefits programs and leave policies, you'll help ensure our team members are supported through life's milestones and well-deserved breaks.
• Champion employee engagement and retention, helping to craft a workplace that fosters professional growth and team solidarity.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding our firm's integrity.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned HR professional with 3-6 years of experience.
• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A knowledgeable expert on HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• An interpersonal ace, with communication skills that build bridges.
• A confidentiality champion, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and the MS Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus!
