Job Description

Dependable and convenient automotive body shop in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking an
Auto Body Repair Technician with a strong focus on quality and production.
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and have own tools. I-Car
certifications are preferred but not necessary for employment. Candidate must be
able to work at production shop pace and be able to demonstrate consistent quality.
Position is full time and paid via commission based on percentage of bodywork sales as well as qualifications and experience. Dependability and ability to adapt are
necessary for the right candidate. References are required.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all body work listed on repair orders
Work on at least two vehicles at a time
Cooperate in management's training efforts to develop new employees skills
Complete all work to the point of being ready for the paint line
Use all materials in a judicious manner
Follow all safety rules and regulations as defined by management
Maintain the quality standards established by management
