Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or similar field
- Current license as LCSW or LCSW-P, LPC, LMHC
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
