We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedDirector of Housekeepingfor properties located in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a confidential search on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping for two properties.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Prepare budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
• Recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping team.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dual property setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of budget management and reporting.
