Summary

Responsible for performing a variety of support tasks within the IT Technical Support team.  

Essential Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by providing quick, accurate, and thorough responses to our end users.
2. Repair, Upgrade and Install Hardware and Software.
3. Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
4. Other projects within IT as assigned.
5. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
6. Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

Competencies Required

• Self-motivated; work well independently and with a team
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Ability to write and verbally communicate concisely and with clarity
• PC Knowledge
• MAC Knowledge

Education and Experience

Enrolled in an undergraduate course for a computer related field.
