SMALL CASUAL MIDTOWN COMPANY IS SEEKING PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT.
DUTIES:
-Assist co-workers with day to day tasks (organizing paperwork, writing up orders for distribution to the correct the vendor, checking delivery dates)
-Type estimates in Quickbooks and emailing them to the client.
-Answering phones and reviewing emails.
-File and organize documents both physical and computerized.
-Calling clients to see if they are in need of any product.
-Taking simple inventory at the start of each month
-Updating prices in QuickBooks verifying pricing with vendors
-Help with social media/website**not required
-Making sure client’s data base is correct in computer.
-Willing to pitch in when and where work as needed
SKILLS:
-Some Quickbooks experience required
-Excel, Word,
-Adobe(not required)
-Strong attention to detail
-1-2 yrs. office experience
**PERFECT JOB FOR AN APPLICANT THAT MAY HAVE GAPS IN THEIR RESUME OR LOOKING TO RE-ENTER THE WORK FORCE.
**INTIAL INTERVIEWS WILL BE OVER ZOOM 5/9,5/10,5/13
2ND INTERVIEW WILL BE IN PERSON 5/20 & 5/21
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No nights
- No weekends
