Emergency Desk Representative (Part Time - Weekend Evening Shifts)

We have a Front Desk Representative/Emergency Maintenance Operator opportunity available for a responsible customer service professional with exceptional phone skills and a knack for high quality interactions. In this role you get to help residents at our 2000 Riverside midrise in Richmond, VA, answer company-wide emergency maintenance phone calls, and dispatch maintenance technicians appropriately using software.
This position is part time.
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday 5pm-12am
- Some additional hours available during the week if you are able to pick up some of those as well
Requirements:
- Some call center experience is helpful and preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with 2-3 year of solid customer service or sales experience.
- Interest in the property management industry!
- Excellent communications skills are necessary.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly are necessary.
