Type of Work:

· Create care plans

· Educate and counsel families

· Provide specialized nursing care

Requirements:

· Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of KY.

· Minimum one year direct patient care required.

· Minimum one year home health experience strongly preferred.

· Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
