Job Description

We are looking for a long-term Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and task management. Responsibilities include taking company phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring that invoicing is processed and paid on time, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support directly to our company CEO. Previous experience as a Front office manager or an Administrative Assistant would be an advantage. Having experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets , Microsoft 365) and be able to efficiently handle administrative duties will guarantee success in this role. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-today operation.
