Digital Marketing & Storytelling Coordinator

ORGANIZATION MISSION:

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay is to enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design all graphics and collateral for the organization
• Create and execute all digital media strategies across all platforms
• Create monthly newsletters and email communications with donors in conjunction with leadership’s expectations
• Produce art in different media platforms for creative marketing strategies
• Capture photo and video stories to tell the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay’s story
• Maintain digital marketing calendar and manage all content
• Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of fundraising events
• Create storyboards and scripts for video production
• Perform other related duties as requested by Director of Marketing & Community Engagement and Chief Development Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in producing digital and print brochures, signs, banners, packaging digital media content, photo and video
• Proficient in Adobe Suite software applications, and social media and email software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills needed to establish and maintain relationships with key donors, decision makers and volunteers
• Critical attention to detail and must be extremely organized
• Demonstrated capability to conduct oneself in a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with the public and/or with demanding situations
• Ability to prioritize, meet multiple deadlines, and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-up
• Self-starter: ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Willingness to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the job
• Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities

TRAVEL:

Travel will be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough and Pasco County for training and/or other business purposes.
