Youth Care Worker (Overnight)

The Academy Schools are seeking confident individuals who possess a strong desire and the ability to make a difference in the lives of our youth for Youth Care Worker (overnight) positions. Youth Care Workers are responsible for building security, student welfare, and counseling. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage behavior and serve as a positive role model while making a difference in a child's life.
The hours for this position are 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., four consecutive work nights with three consecutive nights off. (Not a live-in position)
An Associates degree is preferred but a minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Salary is based on schedule
Individuals with athletic, military, and/or industrial trade experience will be strongly considered, as well as candidates with life experience and certified Emergency Medical Technicians.
Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI, driver's license and medical clearances are required upon employment.
