Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Chrome)
DUTIES:
Collaborate with our Account Managers to fill all open positions
Reach out to applicants
50-100+ calls daily
Check references
Check backgrounds
Rapidly seek, qualify, respond and negotiate with new and existing candidates to fill open positions
Use tools such as Jobdiva, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and more using complex Boolean searches.
Be able to qualify candidates accurately based on job requisitions, negotiate pay structures, coordinate screening with HR, and conclude on-boarding of applicants)
