Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients through the delivery of compassionate and dependable care
- Assisting clients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, and eating
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
- Performing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and running errands
- Administering medication and offering appointment reminders
- Specializing in Dementia/Alzheimer's Care
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation (driver's license preferred)
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Clear Criminal Background and Driving Records Check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Current and valid Virginia CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
