Job Description
We are an independently owned small business seeking Automotive Sales Professionals to add to our growing team! We offer an above average industry pay plan with a weekly salary, commission based bi-weekly checks, and performance-based monthly & annual bonuses!
Responsibilities:
- Contact sales leads and follow up with current clients and new clients daily
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by openly conversing with them about their vehicle needs
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends (no Sundays)
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
