Are you friendly and dependable with a desire to help others? Associated Designs and The House Plan Company are seeking a high-quality, motivated individual to provide data entry and content support for its websites. This position is available as either part or full-time.
Associated Designs & The House Plan Company are looking for a data entry/content specialist. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manipulate image files to fit within company standards.
- Work with plan data in a variety of formats
- Upload plans to company-owned websites and vendor platforms.
- Keep accurate accounts of work completed.

- Keep track of one’s schedule and attend work and meetings as scheduled on time.
- Stay up to date with the product, procedure, and other pertinent changes.
- Be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel, access) for PC. Additional software used includes Photoshop, previous experience with this software is not required.
Room for Growth: Associated Designs & The House Plan Company are constantly growing providing an opportunity to advance from the data entry/content specialist role into a Customer Support Specialist or other positions as they become available.
Experience:
- No previous experience is required.
Education:
- Equivalent to a high school education.
Physical Demands & Work Requirements:
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work Environment: the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The office has a couple of four-legged greeters on occasion (dogs).
- Work Hours: This job can typically be done within a Monday through Friday schedule.
Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Benefits: available for full-time positions, health insurance (including vision), and PTO – after the initial training period.
