Self-Direction Direct Support Professional - Solvay Area

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Solvay area with a young man who lives with his family. He is looking for a dedicated individual to provide him with transportation, support and assist him with working on social and life skills in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting him during community outings, to encourage and support him with his overall health and safety.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, enthusiastic and able to work independently. Reliable vehicle and a New York State driver's license is required for this position.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10 am - 5 pm /6 pm
Pay: $20.- per hour.
