Position Title: Regional Director of Preschool Operations (6 Centers in Texas)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Flexibility Required)
Annual Salary: $60,000.00
Expected Travel: Approximately 75% of the time
We're seeking a Regional Director of Preschool Operations who is open to traveling within the designated region for up to 75% of their work time. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and have a genuine passion for nurturing children's holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure schools achieve enrollment targets
- Utilize lead management systems for updates
- Deliver enrollment reports to the VP
- Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing
- Maintain fiscal and operational well-being
- Implement standard operating procedures
- Foster a secure and inviting learning environment
- Conduct regular inspections and safety drills
- Conduct regular center and staff observations
- Provide academically appropriate programs
- Recruit, train, and retain personnel
- Cultivate community relationships
- Surpass annual budget objectives
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professionalism and interpersonal competence
- Proficiency in technology use (Google Workspace, Procare, LineLeader, OnePlace, etc.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in a relevant field
- Minimum five years of executive-level experience
