Full Time Culinary Team Member

Role Summary: Culinary team members must deliver a consistent flow of food that is prepared to perfection. Successful candidates must demonstrate a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

General Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will:
Prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-As lean entre process

• Prepare & deliver catering orders (depending on age and training)
• Follow strict food safety guidelines
• Deliver best-in-class speed of service
• Clean and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash
• Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors
• Track, document, and rotate inventory; communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
• Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate
• Follow proper opening/closing procedures
• Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relates to other kitchen responsibilities
