Installation And Production Associate at Recognition Plus / RP Signs

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join our team at RP Signs in Charlotte, NC.

This is a hybrid role where you would be performing mostly Installation tasks, but also could be working in Production preparing orders to go out to customers.

About You

• You're a dedicated team player with strong practical skills and a knack for detail-oriented work.
• You're a hands-on professional with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• You have experience in production or manufacturing, ideally within the sign industry, and have successfully contributed to high-quality output.
• You're always ready to learn, and when you encounter something you're unfamiliar with, you're eager to dive in and master it.
• You can work efficiently under various conditions and aren't afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Performing accurate and timely installations according to project specifications and schedules.
• Participating in the production process, including sign making, operating machinery, and ensuring quality control.
• Handling signage materials and tools safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting installation issues and providing effective solutions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting in the packing and shipping of finished products.
• Adhering to all company policies, as well as safety and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless flow of operations from sign creation to installation.
