Express Pros is currently hiring a Fish Cutter on behalf of a Wholesale Seafood Store in Brooklyn, NY. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing fish for sale, ensuring that all cuts meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare fish, including salmon and tuna, according to customer specifications
- Ensure that all cuts meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stocking as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a fish cutter, with specific experience cutting salmon and tuna
- Strong attention to detail
