Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Operations Project Manager to work on the global Consumer and Creator Marketing team. We are looking for a confident communicator with proven experience in project management as well as brand design and operations. Our team is focused on scaling processes and systems that inspire the organization to activate the brand across platforms. The ideal candidate has project management expertise, experience with large organizations, and familiarity with managing digital websites. This role is about elevating the portfolio of brands both internally and externally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building consistent and cohesive experiences.

To be successful, you need to embrace the hacker ethos: an ability to move fast, iterate, and always add value. The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical. They will need to be able to multitask, outline a clear process, identify issues, make recommendations, and help ensure overall operations are running smoothly within the Brand Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in project management or operations
2+ years of brand management experience
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience building relationships with colleagues at all management levels
Experience planning, prioritizing, and executing on multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
