• Requires A Valid Texas Real Estate License.
• Must reside in the Austin metro area.
• The RE Assistant must be a friendly and social person, with the drive to help the lead agent reach collective team success while continuously progressing and maturing into a leader.

The lead agent will assess the buyer’s criteria and forward them to the RE Assistant who will locate and schedule viewings of suitable dwellings. During the tour, the RE Assistant will help the buyer modify their search parameters as needed and exhibit additional homes as necessary. When the buyer is ready to submit an offer to purchase, the RE Assistant will return the baton to the lead agent.

This role entails scheduling house tours for five to seven buyers a month, with bonus payments made when the sale goes through. The RE Assistant is required to possess a real estate license in order to meet the state’s requirements for the job and may be given the chance to become a Buyer Specialist. They will need to develop and sustain professional relationships and must have a history of accomplishment. Furthermore, attention to detail is absolutely essential.

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Assist the lead agent in showcasing homes to potential buyer clients
• Identify suitable homes based on the lead agent's criteria after completing a needs analysis
• Support the lead agent in inspection summaries and walk-throughs
• Collaborate with the lead agent and team to convert leads into clients effectively
• Be prepared for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must have a valid Real Estate License in Texas
• Should be people-oriented and friendly
• Needs to be comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving
• Must possess the ability to understand client's needs and match them with suitable properties
• Should have a learning mindset and be open to growth opportunities
• Must be ambitious with a track record of success
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma
