Automotive Lot Manager

Great Lakes Genesis of Columbus is seeking a dedicated  Lot Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Lot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our parking lot. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring smooth and efficient parking lot operations.

Responsibilities

Lot Operations:

Manage the daily operations of the parking lot.

Ensure efficient traffic flow and parking space utilization.

Implement and enforce parking policies and regulations.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to patrons.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the parking lot.

Safety and Security:

Monitor the parking lot for safety hazards.

Implement security measures to prevent theft and vandalism.

Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance of parking equipment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of parking lot operations and management.

Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills.

Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.

Basic computer skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to drive a manual vehicle is a plus, although not required.

Clean driving record.
