LOCATION: Manhattan New York, NY & ONSITE

PAY TRANSPARENCY: $85K/year non-exempt

We are seeking an advanced technical AV specialist who can effectively handle high level AV administration. This person will play a crucial, high exposure role in providing AV and VC technical support in office, events, & remote locations. The AV Support Specialist will work in a law firm, directly with attorneys, staff, professional managers and firm directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

AV Service – record incidents, handle service requests & meeting support for equipment
Maintenance – Perform preventative maintenance by checking meeting rooms, troubleshooting AV systems to make sure equipment & software operating properly
Video & Audioconferencing – Technical owner of hosted meeting & events through webinars, video/audio conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years A/V technology
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and organized team player with the ability to multi-task and carry high demands, fast-moving pace law firm.
