As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you are responsible for providing quality lawn maintenance services to residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently.

- Provides landscape maintenance, landscape enhancement and snow removal services to residential and commercial properties
- Perform other landscape maintenance and enhancement services
- Operate Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Enhancement and snow removal equipment
- Prepare truck, equipment and materials needed for the day
- Communicate with crew leader frequently to provide service issues
- Work alongside, other crew members
- Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public and our environment
- Safely operating tools and equipment.
- Equipment care and general maintenance.
- Participation in 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
- Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to handle the physical demands of the position
- Be punctual and reliable
- Accountability to themselves and to their team
