Job Description
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Seeking motivated and engaging team leader to join a 40 + year family-oriented franchise that values its team.
Great Salary: $40-50K with additional bonus potential annually. Great Benefits: 100% employee coverage, PTO and vacation.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, open to grocery and retail.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
