We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual inspired by achieving goals. We need you out in the Waco and surrounding communities visiting schools, coffee shops, etc. to connect with potential caregivers and nursing students who share our commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their home settings. You'll engage potential caregivers, build relationships, and help them embark on a fulfilling career or career stepping stone in homecare. You also be responsible to schedule patient/client services and coordinate with staff.
Recruiting, outreach, and scheduling experience is essential, along with a proven ability to manage a fast paced, independent work schedule. Previous experience working for a home care/home health company or previous work as a caregiver is a plus!

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift/Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and 1 weekend a month
Job Summary: Work with the Home Care Director to assess weekly recruiting needs and brainstorm new ways to meet them. Represent the company at events and career fairs, and network with local communities. Interview and recruit qualified candidates. Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure hired employees are scheduled for the same day of employment.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate (college preferred)
- Experience: One year of recruiting; outreach; scheduling. Caregiver experience is a plus!
- Skills: Knowledge of personnel regulations preferred; computer skills required; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
Shift/Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and 1 weekend a month
Pay rate: $37,000 to $40,000
Environmental and Working Conditions:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours. Ability to travel locally with some exposure to inclement weather.
- Physical and Mental Effort:
- Prolonged sitting and some standing required. The occasional need to lift, pull, carry, and push items weighing up to fifty pounds.
- Frequent need to stoop, kneel, and reach while accessing files. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines
- and employer and employee needs. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Requires problem solving skills
