Security Flex Officer (3rd Shift)

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Security Flex Officers to work a 3rd shift schedule at multiple locations throughout the greater Cincinnati area. As a Security Flex Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.

Must have open availablity to work 3rd shift throughout the week (40 Hours) - (10p-6a, 11p-7a & 9p-5a depending on site schedule).

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

This position pays $19.00-20.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.

Our focus spans across Commercial Janitorial Cleaning, Unarmed Security Guard Service/Patrols, and Commercial Facility Maintenance Services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety equipment and cameras to maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct scheduled walking rounds of the facilities.
• Report any incidents promptly to the proper authorities.
• Maintain a secure site by addressing policy or process violators.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Availability for 3rd shift hours (10p-6a, 11p-7a & 9p-5a.) with open availability throughout the week (32-40 hours per week).
• 1-2 years of security or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
• Background in military, law enforcement, or corrections is preferred (not required).
• Ability to pass a complete pre-employment background check.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking, standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 lbs.
