We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join Maggard as a Document Processing Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy person who enjoys fast paced workdays and a team work environment. You do not need previous titling or dealership experience to apply for this role. We will teach you the skills you need to succeed, we just require you bring a positive mindset and desire to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review state title applications and provide expert guidance to dealerships and financial institutions
• Notarize Documents - We will help you attain your notary public license if you are not already licensed!
• Prepare applications for state clearance and processing
• Process applications using in-office DMV terminals to issue State registrations, plates and titles
• Provide regular updates to our clients and vendors via phone and email
