Front Desk Receptionist

Condominium Association in South Tampa is seeking a PART-TIME - Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Front Desk Receptionist. We are a self-managed condominium with very friendly residents and staff. This position is great for someone with former hospitality experience. This position has a starting pay of 16.50 per hour with opportunities of an increase.

JOB TITLE & DESCRIPTION: Front Desk Receptionist

• Be the face and point of contact for our Resident Services
• Use proper front desk / concierge etiquette to assist the needs of the Residents.
• Work a multi-line telephone system
• Receive mail and packages and properly organize.
• Assist Residents with booking reservations for amenities.
• Assist Management with administrative duties as assigned.
• Monitor the security cameras.
• Perform other duties as needed in relation to building and facility maintenance.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be willing to be versatile with any task asked of you
• Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work with others and capable of self-managing
• Able to communicate effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service/hotel front desk environment. Hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy items (no more than 50 lbs.)
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and time management
• Willing to under-go a background check and drug test
