Role Summary: As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Sales will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a pivotal role in sculpting our sales strategy and enhancing our organizational revenue. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with a minimum of 5 years in high-level sales management, who thrives in developing comprehensive sales processes and training programs aimed at boosting team performance and meeting ambitious sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Architect and refine advanced sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Telesales Management: Oversee a team specializing in telephone sales, optimizing call strategies and techniques to maximize conversion rates.
  • Event-Based Selling: Develop and execute strategies for event upselling, capitalizing on live interactions to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
  • Training and Development: Craft and execute a robust sales training curriculum that addresses identified performance gaps, enhances skill sets, and maximizes team output.
  • Performance Management: Utilize data-driven approaches to track sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide exemplary leadership to the sales team, fostering an environment of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Direct Coaching and Interaction: Engage directly with sales team members in one-on-one and group settings to provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback, ensuring accountability and personal development.
  • Cultivating Accountability: Instill a culture of accountability within the sales team by setting clear expectations, providing transparent feedback, and holding team members responsible for their results.
